1. Your Right of Withdrawal
If you are a Consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods.

Exception — stock/liquidation goods: If you purchased stock or liquidation goods sold AS-IS and explicitly confirmed at checkout that statutory withdrawal rights do not apply (or are limited), withdrawal may be excluded to the extent permitted by law (Polish Consumer Rights Act Art. 38 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU). Your checkout acknowledgment is stored with your order.
2. How to Exercise Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement before the withdrawal period expires:

3. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except supplementary costs if you chose express delivery), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We use the same payment method as the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise.
You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from informing us of withdrawal. Direct cost of return is borne by you unless we offered free return.
